March 20, 2010 by Joey Vaillancourt · 16 Comments
Hey Everyone,
It`s official…Today marks the day of the very first Bones To Buff giveaway contest!
I am so excited to announce this to you and give you a shot at winning
the entire muscle building program for FREE.
If you don’t already know, Bones To Buff is my pride and joy muscle building program.
I created after a combination of years of research, trial and error and results.

Specifically designed for the skinny guy/gal looking to put on some serious muscle as
opposed to just ‘weight gain’ which is a combination of FAT and muscle.
So let me explain how the contest works. Its really SIMPLE to enter.
How To Enter:
1. I recorded a special ‘insider’ video to showcase and explain a bit about the Bones To Buff program.
Go ahead and watch it to see exactly what you will get in the program. I have nothing to hide, and
I want to make sure this is a perfect fit.
2. After watching the video I want you to post a comment on that specific blog post
explaining the reasons why YOU deserve a FREE copy of Bones To Buff.
Try to get about 100-200 words if you can or as many as you want.
Tell me a bit about yourself and why you want to gain muscle and transform your body.
This will be your ‘official entry’.
Posting a comment is as simple as scrolling to the bottom of the blog post and filling
out your name, email and any other information, then writing in the text box and then
submitting it. You will see if it appears in the ‘comments’ section under the blog.
Make sure to fill in email and name to be elligible to win.
DEADLINE is Wednesday March 24th at 12AM EST
You have until Wednesday March 24th at midnight to submit your story on the blog.
I will be announcing the winner on Wednesday morning at 9PM EST. Check your inbox!
Half Price Sale
I also want to let you in on a little secret…Bones To Buff will be on sale for
HALF PRICE starting today. The sale is going to be on for 1 week only.
On Monday March 29th at 12AM EST, the HALF PRICE sale website will no longer be available.
This is a special sale I am having during the week of the giveaway contest.
I don’t know if or when I will be doing this again.
I am only offering this sale to people who took action and signed up for the free report
because I am assuming that this group of people are the most serious about achieving
their muscle building goals so I want to help you out the most.
This is an offer only being offered to you…no one else knows about it. It will be our
little secret

I so resemble Joey’s earlier ‘bony’ state. I have always been mocked to appear so sickly even in the best fitting Ts I wore and I just couldnt help but feel low. Until a year ago, I used to believe with age I would naturally grow in size and that its all fine until then.
But once I got into college, it all changed. I visited a bookstore where I came across a book by Arnold Schwarzenegger and got a real look at the world of fitness and the amount of effort needed to achieve the goal one sets. After some research, I started to train decently on bodyweight and though I did achieve some mass, may be 20 pounds, but it all stopped moving further after a few months. And despite countless hours of push ups and pull ups, I failed to gain more than just a pound of two. I even tried weight lifting for, say two months, but didn’t achieve more than just a quarter of an inch on any part of the body.
I have always been on the lookout for one success story where the `earlier’ state resembles that of mine and try to emulate the actions. My search came to a halt the moment I saw Joeys body frame and his transformation (his clavical bone structure highly resembles mine). And I realised there and then, THIS IS IT, that’s something I have been long looking for, thats the ‘one’ program that I just GOT TO HAVE…I just cant wait to get benefited……..
Dear Joey,
I will be 18 this coming march 30 and I started doing weights when I was 13years old, but not that serious into it. When I hit 14 years of age, I became much more dedicated because even though I didn’t gain weight, i gained a lot of strength like doing 90 pound bench presses and much more but even though I thought I was stronger than anyone my age, I was skinny, I always looked stressed, so I decided that when I am 15, I would eat more to gain more and workout for 2 hours a day, 6 times a week……It worked the first straight 10 days of doing this, I gained half an inch on every body part, but after that, 3days later, I lost more weight than what I gained, so, I got frustrated, and I know body building is also in the mind, not just the body. So my mind was not on the work outs, I think that was the reason why I kept getting injured, I didn’t have my heart into it. When I became 16, I moved away from weights and went on to basketball, so, as usual, I lost even more weight. I was 5′2, 55kg, a weakling, a joke, I used to cry about it at night and kept saying to myself that I can over come this so I asked my father if he could do workouts with me,he said yes. Now, almost 17, My body was starting to get bigger and I was playing the occasional basketball game and within 5 months, I put on 7kgs…..yeah, others would be happy with that,,,,I should have also,,,,,but why I wasn’t happy, you ask????Its because my midsection ballooned from 31 inches to 35,,,,,,But, I never liked doing sit ups, so I never did them,,,but I was the one who suffered from it…..Anyway,,I stop a couple of months to rest my body because 6 times a week really takes a lot out of you.
I then started again on October 1, 2009, and again, I worked out 6 times a week….It is now the 22nd of March 2010……I gained nothing, in fact, I feel weaker, and I feel unwanted. I just don’t get it, one month I will gain weight and measurements, and in the next breath, all that hard work was a waste of time,,,,,and I am really getting irritated with it. I even don’t go out anymore because I don’t want anyone to see me. I have downloaded the free gifts and I will start doing the workouts which I saw in the video….I just wish I have the money to buy that book of yours….I wish that I could win because i really want to get buffed, i,m tired of being the small guy,,,I need this because, nothing seems to working for me, I hope yours can,,,I just hope I can win, but if not, I hope you could share some tips to me……
Take care,
John Aldrich Leigh

Hey Joey, Well this story is’nt going to be like the rest.I’m no 16 or 17 year old skinny guy.In fact I’m 51 and very soon to be 52.Your story reminds me of when i was your age ,but i really got around to doing anything about it.Most of my muscle came from years of hard work. and now i really have nothing .I’m at that age now and i look back and say ,i wish i would have. Every winter that comes along i say that i’m going to work out and have that beach body for the up coming summer. That has never happened. Well now during the last 6 months i have changed my eating habits. No more chips, fattening cream pies,no sugars and all that crap.Peanuts are now my snack along with celery, and salads without the fattenning dressings. lean meats,Venison, chicken, boiled or baked,Instead of a half gallon of ice cream, its a cup of yogart.Alot of the younger guys at work laugh at my lunch with all the greens in it and they’rs with greasy chicken and pizza, snack caks and chips.Well i know that i’ll probably out live them .With your program ,i’m sure that that beach body will impress those guys with there beer and potatoe chip bellys. Thanks to the internet and programs like yours that this is possible. I have no gym membership, just a small 1 bedroom apartment with some dumbells, the ceilings are only6′4″ tall so a pullup bar is out of the question.Funds are very tight since my divorce, since i have to pay her mortgage and my rent,So there goes the gym membership and the suppliments. So i guess i’ll rely on doing it the old fasion way.So like i sayed this i’m sure isn;t going to be like all the other storys from the younger crowd. So i’m going to give it my best whether i win this or not.Good luck with your future workouts.Gary (like the marines say- pain is weakness leaving the body)
Great submissions so far! Thanks for sharing your amazing stories.
This is going to be hard to pick!
I wish you all the best…and only a couple more days left till I announce the winner.
Joey
Hi Joey ^^
Well… the fact is… I´m 14 years old. I think that i´m a little bit young to start in this. I didnt have any experience in the sports, because I´m more of the “passive mode” activities.
But all of that I want to finish him.
I want to be more healty, II want that body look of the Men´s Health Magazine, I want to take out my t.shirt and say “wow”. In other words…
I want my six pack
Yeah, I know that i have to work, and I´m ready for that.
Sorr y if my stor isn’t too emotive, but is te truth
Thanks for take a minute for reading this
HI JOEY,
I AM A MAN FAST APPROACHING 62 YEARS OF AGE. I HAVE BEEN WEIGHT TRAINING/EXERCISING FOR OVER 40 YEARS. MY GOAL WAS AND WILL ALWAYS BE GOOD HEALTH AND A SLIM PHYSIQUE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN INTERESTED IN READING ANY LITERATURE REGARDING BODYBUILDING. OUT OF THE BLUE, I READ THE COMMENT OF GARY THE 52 YEAR OLD LOSER, A COMPLETE JOKE WHO IS INSULTING YOUR INTELLIGENCE. THE MAN ONLY WANTS TO IMPRESS FAT BELLIED DRUNKARDS WHO REALLY DON’T GIVE A DAMN HOW THEY LOOK OR ANY ONE ELSE. HAS FOR THE BEACH BODY LOOK, AT 52 YEARS OF AGE, HE WOULD HAVE NO CHANCE WITH YOUNGER WOMEN WHO ARE LOOKING FOR YOUNG VIRILE MEN. MAYBE HE WOULD BE ATTRACTED TO OLDER WOMEN IN WHEEL CHAIRS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PUSH THEM AROUND. AS FOR LIVING IN A ROOM 6′4, IF HE WAS THAT DEDICATED, HE WOULD PUT A HOLE IN THE CEILING AND DO PULL UPS ON THE JOUSTS.
A BIG QUESTION I MUST ASK YOU PERSONALLY, DO YOU REALLY TAKE THIS MAN SERIOUSLY? MUSCLE HAS NEVER NEVER BEEN MY GOAL, YES OBVIOUSLY A NICE PHYSIQUE WOULD BE WELCOME BUT AS ONE GETS OLDER, ONES PRIORITY HAS TO BE ONES HEALTH AND TRAINING HAS TO BE A MEANS OF KEEPING ONE HEALTHY COUPLED WITH THE RIGHT DIET.
ANYWAY, IF I WIN, I WOULD TREASURE THE BOOK AND PASS IT ON TO MY SON WHO IS AT THE MOMENT 12 YEARS OF AGE. YES, I AM AN OLD FATHER, THANKFULLY HIS MOTHER IS YOUNGER THAN ME, SO MY YEARS OF TRAINING AS YOU MAY HAVE NOTED DID COME IN USEFUL. I CAN NOT SEE ME WINNING BUT IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO LOOK THROUGH YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM AND I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK IN YOUR OWN PERSONAL LIFE.PETE
Hi Joey,
You could say, my passion for your program began about 35 years ago (now 50 years young

Hey Joey ,It’s me Gary, i didn’t join this to get slammed by”others” Just stating the facts and my situation,And i would not dare putting holes in my lanlords ceiling out of respect for his property.Nor am i interested in attracting younger women. And a pre teen should enter for himself instead of having his father doing it for him. Also i do admire your professional attitude towards, your buisness and health and physical goals! God Bless you
Hey Joey. I want to start off by telling you that I am 15 years old and about to be 16. I am 5ft 8in tall and only weigh 120 pounds. I always had a thin, skinny, weak body for as long as I can remember. I want to be more muscular and more fit. I am tired of having guys that are strong get all the girls. They also get a lot of respect from people just because they are strong. I have never got respect from anybody because of my size. Even the younger guys who are muscular don’t treat me with respect. I am tired of having people walk all over me just because I am smaller than them. My birthday is coming up in June and it would be really awesome to see every body’s face when they look at the new muscular me. I will train hard and eat right but I need a program to follow. I hope that if I get your program that it will help me become stronger and more muscular. I am tired of looking in a mirror and see my ribs and no muscle what so ever. I want to be that guy who turns heads and that everybody looks up to. I don’t want to kill my self at the gym thinking that I am getting results but all I am getting is muscle pain. I need a program to follow so that way I can train smarter and actually get results. When I grow up I want to be a gym owner but I need a start of what to do to gain muscle. The best part of your program is that you are a natural bodybuilder. All your information is about getting muscle without the use of drugs or counting on a pill to build muscle for you. I know that your program will be great I just hope that I can use it to build natural muscle. If I win the contest then I thank you a thousand times but if I don’t I still want to tell you thank you for hearing what I have to say. Thanks a lot man and keep doing what you are doing.
Hey guys,
Thanks to everyone for your contributions. I am truly grateful that youput your trust in me and regardless of who wins, I only hope you continue following as I have lots to share with all of you.
oh and lets all try and get along
I didnt get a sense of dis-respect from Gary’s comments.
Lets keep it clean and friendly. Were hear to help each other by giving advice, inspiring and just listening.
Ill be announcing the winner tomorrow, but you are all already winners in my book (ok that was a little too mushy…) But seriously you are all eager to learn and for that I am happy you are part of this community.
Talk to you tomorrow.
Joey
