Week 3: Episode 5 – Back and Tricep Workout Tips

I just wrapped up week 3 as of yesterday…two more weeks and I get to find out just how much muscle I actually gained!

So far I have gained about 7lbs of lean muscle mass, which is probably some of the best results I have achieved in a long.

More importantly, these gains have been made without getting ‘Bulky’ which is great because I am in mood to be cutting fat again for the summer time!

Check out the video where I explain how Week 3 utilized the Glycolyitc Energy System for the workouts.

Very effective for growth and a small amount of conditioning.

I demonstrate a superset for back exercises and triceps.

Also, I let you in on my best tips on how to ‘Cheat’ on your nutrition diet plan and get away with it! After many years of struggling to keep my bodyfat low while still eating the foods I enjoy, I finally found a surefire way to sidestep this problem.

Bring on the food!!

Only two weeks left…the window of opportunity for getting a glance inside the Bones To Buff Muscle Building workouts are coming to a close :)

    I liked the info about the treat meal. I usually have mine after my workout as well. Today had egg whites for the first time… I added cut up oven roasted turkey breast slices and salsa. Actually came out pretty good. Your the man Joey. Great video!

    Thanks Justin. Yeah, your body is very receptive after a workout and including a cheat meal about once a week doesn’t hurt your overall results. Eggwhites took some getting used too, but sounds like you found a solution :)
