My Best Muscle Building Advice

June 19, 2010 by Joey Vaillancourt · 11 Comments

So the other day I received an email and a few messages from the same guy (the person will remain nameless) and this guy was basically saying that I have absolutely NO information on my blog or anywhere else for that matter that could help him out.

He went on to say that he was very disappointed that my blog could not help him and he also said that my page didn’t offer any real information or even explain what the program was about!?

 Are you kidding me?

(This picture was taken of me immeditately after getting this email..hahaha)

Maybe I shouldn’t take offense to people like this who have nothing better to do than to criticise others like myself who are only trying to genuinely help others achieve their goals in muscle building.

It’s just that I spend so much of my time and I also know that my advice is helping thousands of people. So when someone doesnt take the time themselves to look for information, it makes me slightly frustrated :)

Of course, I do receive thank you emails from people as well (I appreciate every single one I get) but sometimes, it just takes one email from a guy like this to bring me down.

I stand behind my advice and my products and I try to give as much good knowledge about muscle building as I can.

I am very honest in nature and I am a man of my word, so when I get an email saying that I am trying to just ‘sell’ my product…yes it does get to me.

I want to first clear up any confusion people may have and I want to also make sure people are aware of all the current content on my sites.

I am here to help you so go ahead and submit questions and I will continue to answer them.

 My Bones To Buff Website:

For those of you who have visited, you will know what I am referring to. For those of you who have not yet seen it, check it out then come right back.

This is a site designed to ‘match’ people up with a program IF it matches their muscle building goals.

It should be clear already what the program consists of, but just in case there are others like the guy mentioned in the beginning, the Bones To Buff program is a 5 Week Cycle Program designed to help hardgainer’s or skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of muscle in 5 weeks.

It can also be re-used again and again. That is it! Pretty simple concept right?

But it is a very powerful program…so just in case you didn’t already know, now you do.

There is not as much advice on this site as its main purpose is to inform people about the program and what is included if they purchase.

My blog, YouTube, Free Report and Articles section is where you will find good information about muscle building and other topics.

Speaking of those sources of information, since that guy didn’t seem to realize all the good advice already being offered, I decided to update everyone on some of the best information that I have already created.

This is not stuff you will need to pay for so don’t freak out. This is just to show you that I do have lots of good information to offer you. This is my life…this is my purpose.

Ok so just in case you are new to the site or have been living under a rock here is compilation of some of my best information.

Although I doubt that guy will be back, I hope he does come back and checks out this blog post because I want to help him. Even though his words hurt, I would rather see him satisfied than un-happy with a visit to my blog.

That is not my purpose and I hope you don’t feel the same.

So I want to know, did you enjoy the information?

Was this guy right about me?

I would like you to let me know what you think.

Hello Joey – well, I thought you appreciated my feedback…but I guess I was wrong.

I think you’re being disingenuous to relay to your readers that my queries to you fall into the “people who have nothing better to do than to criticise others like myself who are only trying to genuinely help others achieve their goals in muscle building.” First off, the only criticisms that relayed to you was that I was unable to get any info from your site. In my email, I asked questions about your philosophies so that I could better make a decision about whether to purchase your download. I conveyed to you that, in my opinion, your site read to me like an yet another infomercial with the message to “buy my program that’s packed full of my best tips…but you’ll have to trust me to find out what they are and fork over your credit card”, basically.

You’re also not being up-front by saying that I didn’t bother to look for information…what I said was that I tried to access it (twice) so that I could get more info and it didn’t work either time. I also tried to sign up for your “17 free tips” download, but commented that all I got (initially) was the ability to sign up for a bunch of “own my own business at home Amway-like” newsletters. It wasn’t until a day later that I got some free info sent to me (some tips each day for the past few days).

My main question to you when I couldn’t find the answer was whether your philosophies/plans are suitable for a vegetarian as the majority of the “how to gain muscle” plans that I look at are dependent upon “lots of lean meat” recommendations. You answered my question very politely and I was satisfied with your answer. My “repeated emails” to consisted of me with questions and then thanking you for your response.

Lastly, you’re wrong in that I woulnn’t be back. My search for information was genuine and my questions and feedback were polite – I thought you agreed since you gave no indication that I was being rude in your email back to me. And, if you’re truly up-front with people, you’ll post this response to your readers – it’s my turn to guess that you won’t.

    Kind regards,

    @Brian – Brian,

Perhaps I was harsh in saying that you feel under the category of criticisers..I appologize my friend.

You are right, and I would not consider you someone like that.

I understand in your email you stated that you wanted more information about the product and the vegetarian questions and yes I was more than happy to reply…

It was your comments that went back to Craig that kinda bummbed me out as you said my site was a ‘dissapointment’.

I am happy you downloaded the free tips report and I DO hope you benefit from them.

I just feel bad that I dont offer any veggie plans at the moment (my girlfriend is vegetarian so I know sometimes things are’nt always available and I am sorry for that).

If you have found information then I am happy and perhaps it was me who misunderstood you.

The bones to buff page is for people who want to make that change right away, but if they are not sure about my philosophies immediately, then they are freee to browse the site (blog and social media) to learn more about them.

Thanks for your response Brian and you have now made my day better..funny how things turn around like that and I appologize once again if you took offence as all my intent from that email was to give away some of my best material :)

    All the best.
