Today I wanted to let you in on a special event that is happening here in the great north (Canada)

On Thursday July 1st, it is Canada Day and my girlfriend and I are celebrating by going off for a weekend getaway together.

Now, the reason why I am telling you this is because over the past 4 months and about 1 week, I have been tirelessly trying to perfect  a new 5 Week Workout Program.

This meant lots of time locked up in the office and in the gym…it was almost as bad as when I was preparing for competition!
