I used to follow Lee’s program back when I first started out and you should know he is a true pioneer in the fitness industry!
Through his website he has had the opportunity to help literally thousands of aspiring bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts from all over the world with their training and nutrition programs. And over the past 10+ years he has become one of the most popular bodybuilding and fitness sites online.
Lee is the author of many programs and books online today and one of those books is Blast Your Biceps, which is the one that is part of this giveaway package.
Blast Your Biceps is all about building bigger arms…gunz..or whatever you want to call them!
If you don’t know anything about working out and are brand new to the gym scene, this book will help you avoid years of trail and error so you can quickly get on the fast track to massive muscle gains.

“Bones To Buff”
By: Joey Vaillancourt
Of course, most of you already know who I am, but in case this is your first time I will tell you a bit about myself and tell you more about my Bones To Buff muscle building program that I am giving away for this special contest
I am a former Hardgainer who conquered my skinny genetics and packed on some serious muscle mass and have been making a big wave in the fitness industry by winning the FAME Central Fitness Model Championships, appearing in magazine ads and helping other fellow Hardgainer’s transform their own body with my proven Bones To Buff system.
I may be young but I amvery analytical and intelligent when it comes to designing effective programs. I am passionate about helping people and since I first began as a ‘Fitness Googler’ I understood the shortcomings of many online programs out there today and sidestepped the common mistakes and developped a program based on my experiences both in trial and error and through certifications.
Like I said, I am offering Bones To Buff for free as part of this package combo deal and I can tell you honestly, this is one of the best pacakge combo deals I have ever seen while being on the internet! This is a major hookup for the winner!
Bones To Buff is a product developped specifically to help skinny guys gain up to 10lbs of lean mass in 5 weeks. I combine my knowledge as well as my own trial and error results on myself and clients to design a powerful 5 week workout cycle that is unlike any other mass building program out there today.
The 5 week cycle plan includes 3 speficic mini phases of training that each trigger a different metabolic demand. The three phases involve training that will tap into the Oxidative, Glycolytic and Phosphagen systems to produce the energy output required in your workouts. Bones To Buff is also known for the patented Anabolic Growth Triggers. AGT is a new concept created using old school training tricks with modifications specific for ‘Skin and Bone’ type of guys.
An AGT is sort of like the insurance policy for muscle gain. It’s the process of including a weekly unique training method that your muscles have not been yet been accustomed to. There are 5 powerful AGT’s in total.
If your looking to increase lean muscle mass and get jacked up in the new year, you will not be dissapointed if you follow Bones To Buff . Trust me

Cant wait to hear from everyone
I am 52 years old and my wife and I have been married for 30 years and we have 5 children……….On Valentines Day 2010 I decided to get serious about getting in shape. I started with a Total Gym unit and graduated to P90x and then Insanity and then a mix of both. Now I am half way through doing Rev Abs in the morning and P90X at night. I have really been focused on getting my Body Fat percentage down to between 8 and 10%. right now I am between 16 and 18%. I seem to be stuck on getting off that last 10 lbs or the last 10% of body fat. It is mostly around the middle. Maybe your programs can help! My daughter is getting married in May and I want to be at my goal. Right now I am 5′11 and around 188 lbs and a 34″ waist, not bad for an old guy but I must get rid of the love handles and the fat around my belly button.
Thanks,
Dean
Hello;
I’m very happy to know your website, because it’s very interesting and a powerful tool to throw away any kind of frustration and disappointment and I deserve these three free gift because firstly it’s the period of holidays, secondly I’m a regular listener to your golden recommendations. It’s worth to receive your messages.
Thank you
and happy holidays
I am a 25 year old guy from tucson arizona. I have been a really skinny kinda “RUNTY” guy my whole life and have tried every kinda workout that has been around and nothing has ever helped. I have been getting picked on for the last few years and I really really wanna bulk up to just get people to leave me alone. I have spent tons and tons of money over the years on crazy fad workouts like p90x and total gym and buying a bowflex, etc… I have bought all the crazy supplements and drinks and powders and bars. You get the picture, I have done everything i can think of with very little results. I recently heard some good things about the bones to buff program as well as the anabolic cookbook and I think i deserve it becasue I am one of the many “SKINNY” guys that is starting to lose faith in the industry due to all the past misconceptions and lack of results and it would really help me out a ton to just have a little help! Well Thaks for listening to me vent and good luck to everyone.
~Jason~
Hey Joey, Ive been following your stuff for quite a while now and I am excited about this contest. I was planning on getting Bones To Buff in the new year, but this is a great opportunity to get an even better deal it seems. I think this pacakge would help me because I have a hard time comtitng to anything unless its mapped out for me and since I have at least two programs with blast your biceps and bones to buff i am sure i could commit to it and reach my desired muscular level. I like your recipes that you post too so i know i would love to have anabolic coooking because i find nutrition hard, especially trying to bulk up on plain brown rice and chicken all the time. well i hope my entry is worth while…as a skinny guy, i REALLY need this.
Kevin
Great entries so far guys, keep em coming
I love to hear the stories everyone has. It re-motivates me and helps others as well. Great job.
Hey joey, I’m 16 years old and you probably already know about me. I commented on one of your posts asking advice on nutrition. Well, I’ve been a really skinny kid all my life. the fact that I’m really tall doesn’t help either. very tall + very skinny = BAD! So I picked up bodybuilding at the start of 2009, following a few of my friends to a public gym for the very first time in my life. I was instantly hooked! Of course I didn’t have a clue back then about how to effectively build muscle. And the biggest mistake I made as a beginner (which I now fully regret) is completely having no respect in the nutrition department. At first I made some pretty okay gains, but without proper nutrition I reached a plateau which is really frustrating. Even until now, I still have a lot of trouble with bodybuilding nutrition and cooking healthy meals. Sometimes I even feel like giving up bodybuilding altogether. It’s really disheartening to see all the guys in my school who seem to get jacked so easily, when I’m training off my butt with no results to show. With the 3 programs in the above package, I sincerely believe that I will be much more closer to my bodybuilding goals. Right now I’m a measly 132 pounds, and I hope to reach 160 pounds sometime next year. With your help Joey, I know I can! Thanks for all the advice and encouragement so far!
Here’s to a great 2011 ahead (:
Hey, my names Matt. Im 19 years old and at the beginning of the year was your average run of the mill skinny guy. I’d always wanted to be built, throughout my high school years. I’d seen what muscle could do to a person, it could give an average guy the confidence to have success in so many areas of life, when a person has such a great amount of confidence, it doesnt matter whether those around them give a stuff about bodybuilding, something about that persons energy makes everybody look up to them and I WANTED THAT SO BADLY.
So one day I got up in the morning and told myself “I am going to make a positive change to my life”.
After telling people of my goals I got a few chuckles, with people typically responding: “some people are just meant to have a smaller build” but I ignored them and embarked on my journey. I did some research about bodybuilding and nutrition and managed to gain 12.5kg (9kg or 20 pounds, of that being muscle).
The only trouble is, I seem to have hit a plateau and need a boost, I need something fresh and new for my body to respond to. I believe this package will give me that, (especially the “blast your biceps” program because my arms are lagging behind)
There is a quote by a silent film actress, Mary Pickford that I like to keep in my mind whenever I lose motivation: “The thing we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down” I have fallen many times in my journey, but bloody hell, I’m not staying down!!
I started my fitness journey on October 16, 2009. I’m 5′11 inches and weighed in at 198 pounds (89 kgs). I was still pretty active, but definitely not in the shape I wanted to be. I made a complete lifestyle change overnight, and I started working out with P90X. I achieved my weight loss goals by achieving 170 lbs (77 kgs) by day 52 of the program. I stopped weighing myself at that point and kept eating and exercising in the same manner and unknowingly dropped another 9 lbs (4 kgs). At that point I was 161 lbs. (73 kgs) and could not gain any weight, I was now a skinny guy and my metablosim is through the roof. I was about to complete my third consecutive round of P90X. At that point I began looking for a muscle building program, I found Muscle and Strength.com and switched my workouts and eating habits. I have gained 7 lbs of muscle in the past 18 weeks and looking to add more. That is why I looked to the Bones to Buff program. I haven’t started it yet, I have 6 more weeks of my current training program to complete. This should give me enough time to read and absorb the program before beginning. So far it looks great! I can’t wait to begin.
Building muscle mass that is sustainable over the long term has been a solid goal with slow, inconsistent results for many years. I’m 5′9.5, 186 lbs., and about 13% bodyfat. The package of e-books consisting of workouts and cooking to support the gym training would assist me further my progress. Muscle mass is something I want but, in reality, have found is difficult to achieve.
The many variables of training (and the many ways that the human body can respond to that training) does not make it easy. I’ve decided that frequent application of exercise may be the best bet and the e-books on Biceps and “Bones to Buff” would help me carry out this decision.
The “Anabolic Cooking” e-book is intriguing because the typical bodybuilding diet of bland foods is tough to maintain and a financial blow on the wallet. Any assistance to alleviate both problems would be appreciated.
Should I be fortunate to win the e-book package, I would be grateful for the contribution to the goals described above.
I am a 27 year old student who spends all day every day in school, and also spends every cent I have on tuition, books, and fees. I’ve been training since July 2006 (when I wasn’t in school) and have been quite happy with most of my progress. But since school has come around it’s getting harder and harder to even get to the gym, although I do manage. My biggest problem is that I have hardly any time to think up new programs and almost zero time to cook and prepare healthy meals. I used to have Andy Pratt as my trainer (who is absolutely fantastic by the way), but can no longer afford to pay someone for training programs and meal plans. The holiday combo giveaway package would be the ultimate Christmas gift for me. Without having to take the time to search for programs and quick healthy meals online I feel I would be able to truly devote myself to my workouts. I find that currently, by the time I find a good program and cook what meals I make (I’m somewhat of a picky eater), I end up rushing things at the gym. With this great giveaway I can have my training laid out for me, my meals chosen and prepared for my entire day, and can achieve my goals.
PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY!
Hi Joey, Im 15, possibly the youngest teenager here (: Firstly, my fitness goals for 2011 are to gain mass and size without putting on a lot of fat. Why? Because I’m a freaking hardgainer and I hate it. I hate myself for being so skinny,my arms will never grow big, I just cant seem to put on mass. And well, if you are wondering how skinny i am, Im 110lbs at 5’8. That’s skinny like hell, right? I have trained months, always doing useless exercises like what most people in my gym do, bicep curls etc…it just doesn’t work! I really want to have the confidence in my own body and the guts to take off my shirt in front of my friends or at beaches. My body right now is embarrasing. If you see your Bones To Buff product picture, thats the body I have now on the left(maybe even skinnier), and on the right, it’s the body I want to transform into!! I really want that, that’s my first priority and I dream of it everyday. After that, when my body has buffed up, I will use blast your biceps to get my guns up. Haha, those foolish friends of mine who teased me all the time for not armwrestling while showing off their little biceps will not dare to do that again when they witness mine. Let’s do some armwrestling! Alongside me, if I had Dave’s Anabolic Cookbook, that means no more junk foods for me, I have delicious meals to prepare and eat. I believe its my nutrition that sets me up for failure to put on mass. Over the past, I never had enough protein, carbs, fats in my diet. I just didn’t know what to eat! I’m sure you know the feeling of it when you’re a teenager! I knew that Good Nutrition + Solid Training = Mass Building. Being a teenager, I get hungry easily, I have high metabolism, I eat wrong foods, thus Dave’s Cookbook will serve me a long long way throughout my lifetime…
I can’t emphasize how much winning all these 3 programs will help me!! I will have a better looking body, a better lifestyle, a better eating habit, become a better role model, a better future, and much much more.. Most importantly I want to be able to help others in the future, but without the knowledge and guidance of all these 3 programs provides, I can’t do that. You see my point here?
I definitely deserve this because I can tell you I am the most hardworker in my country(or state) and one that you will ever meet. I have the discipline and the commitment to do all these. However, I cannot just say it’s for me only. To tell you the truth, I hate bragging, because I know that there is always someone out there that is better. But I will tell you that I am a hard worker, and I will totally abuse these 3 programs if I get it. If I receive it, it will definitely not go to waste. I will use it as my Bible, studying day in and day out, but I can’t achieve that without your help. If I receive it, those that laugh and make fun of me because I tell them I will become bulked in the future will be put to shame, but it won’t only give me the satisfaction of proving those people wrong. These programs will change my entire life starting from 15 years old now! I still have a long way to go and these programs will mark the starting point for me. I am here, and I am hungry for success. I truly hope you feel me and realise how bad I want this. Its my dream and I hope you will guide me. Finally, thank you Joey for the oppurtunity and I respect you for your dedication to help people out there with your youtube videos and free info. and articles you gave out. Really appreciate it!
Best regards,
Derrick
Hi! My name is Chris. I am from the Philippines. I am currently looking for fitness programs all over the internet. The reason for this is.. I am finally committing on having a great looking body by next year as my new year’s resolution. I know it would be hard, but I think persistence and perseverance would be the KEY.
Here’s a quick background about myself. I am 23 year old lanky guy and I have started working out since 2008. During those days, honestly, I am quite happy about my gains up until something happened. No matter how hard I try or how hard I workout (e.g. going to the gym 4x to 5x a week, following my instructor’s program and nutrition), I just can’t see any progress on my muscle gains. It was either I ended up getting too thin OR I ended up getting too fat and talking about muscle gains, it was nearly ZERO. All my other gym buddies have way surpassed me in terms of muscle gains even though I am a lot taller than them. During these times, I told myself “Maybe, having a great looking body is just not for you. Maybe, Its time to give up Chris”. Year 2010 came, I literally stopped working out in the gym but I still did pursue other physical activities like dancing and boxing. During these times, something happened. One of my college buddies started telling me how he wanted to gain weight and gain muscle mass because he was way too thin. He was 5′9″ tall in 120 lbs. He started asking me for some advice on getting a better body and.. I could only give him as much advice about supplements and workout programs from what I currently do know. Honestly, deep inside, as I was giving him these advice, I told myself “Maybe, just maybe.. I could be a little bit more helpful if.. I look that credible.”
With all honesty, as I am currently looking out for workout programs out there in the internet, I am really getting skeptical on these programs and I can hardly distinguish what actually works and what’s not. I don’t wanna fall into some marketing hype out there. I can say that.. I want this stuff but I don’t badly need it. If there’s something I believe in.. Once you are committed on achieving something.. You don’t do it half heartedly. You do it 100% all the way. I know it will be a tough road but I will have to lock in like a terminator. I do believe that.. in the future, I am going to follow the path of teaching other people, with the same goals that I once had, these powerful knowledge.
Hee Joey, Rob here and this is my first comment on your blog since following your advice at the start of this year. I’ve been a really skinny and lanky kid all my life. The fact that I’m kinda tall doesn’t help much either, making me look more like a pencil or lamppost. DISGUSTING! With the help of a few friends, I picked up bodybuilding at the start of 2009 at the mere age of 15 (I’m 16 this year). I would go around the public gym near my school, following my friends around and copying their workouts since I had no clue whatsoever about building muscle. I immediately fell in love with the gym!
And at first I made some pretty decent gains. I gained a little mass, and my whole upper body seemed more defined. Two of the biggest mistakes I made as a beginner (which I now sorely regret) was not paying enough attention to my leg training, and not having proper nutrition. I would do the stupidest things, such as training my upper body (arms especially) everyday and eating a double cheeseburger after my workout. How dumb can you get?
Of course, with all the help and advice you’ve given me so far I now have a better understanding of bodybuilding nutrition, though I still struggle trying to eat 6 healthy meals a day. I am now 132 pounds, an increase from 123 pounds from when I started bodybuilding. Ever since I focused more on squatting heavy I noticed even better gains than ever! Thanks for all your help so far Joey!
I really hope to win this Holiday Giveaway of yours, as I am certain that with Dave’s Anabolic Cooking I will have no more problems with the nutritional aspect of bodybuilding. The sample meals you’ve given out so far all taste delicious, so this book would definitely help a lot! And with Lee’s Blast Your Biceps and your Bones to Buff, I am confident that I will be much closer to reaching my bodybuilding goals for next year, such as gaining another 20 pounds of muscle and benching at least 225 for 5 reps. “With great arms comes great responsibility” right?
Another goal of mine is to lose my belly fat to get better definition on my abs. Right now I seem to be in the early stages of the Skinny-Fat guy syndrome YIKES! With Bones to Buff, I am certain this will not be a problem!
With the 3 programs above, I know for sure that I will not only achieve my bodybuilding goals, I will be a much happier person with a better outlook on life. And I will finally be proud of the way I look, instead of always not wanting to take my top off at the beach. You probably know how I feel right now because you were a hardgainer once right Joey? So you know the feeling sucks haha..
Anyway here’s to a great 2011 Joey! (: Hope you liked hearing my story!
I AM LEARNING A LOT AND I STILL NEED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT DIET AND WORKOUT.I AM SURE THIS COMBO PAKAGE IS GOING TO HELP ME TO REACH MY GOAL.
Hi Joey,
I’d plan on using all 3 e-books to get back into shape.
I recently had surgery on my shoulder, following severe injury through playing rugby. Since being injured, I’ve lost 28lbs of lean mass and seen my body fat increase by 9%. 2011 is my going to be my return to fitness – “Hit it heavy, hit it hard and enjoy the pain”.
Dave’s anabolic cookbook will be my nutritional bible, as to be honest, I’ve let my diet slip in terms of quality since injury. The Anabolic Cookbook will get me back on the right path and manage my calorific requirements relative to my stage of rehab and training. The ability to plan and provide the meal schedule will be key to gettign to the energy balance right and fuelling my body for training and recovery.
Joey, ypur Bones to Buff is an appropriate title as that will be my goal. the rugby physique has gone, and only correct diet, good training and recovery and the right training programme will get be back to where I was (and then beyond).
Lee’s Blast your Biceps book will be a valuable tool to change the spaghetti noodles to a much beefier dish…the upper body strength needed in rugby is immense, and the fact I’ve had a biceps tendon re-attached means I have to train carefully in order to protect the repair from surgery, but also make the gains I want as part of my goals.
I’ll be happy to provide photos, training and nutritional diaries, and blogs of my rehab and training programme. You’ll have an ambassador for all 3 books through one programme…
I had the opportunity to try the bones to buff program and was really busy with school. My plan for the new year is to maintain my athleticism and increase my leanness. Im actually eating like a pig now, lifting heavy and working out hard but very very very excited for the new year ahead. New goals, new accomplishments. Joey is as intelligent as it gets and as dedicated as anyone I know. I’d like to say if I get these 3 programs it would be a gift to myself and a promise to work hard to get the best body ever and be more healthy for 2011. Keep up the great work Joey.

@Dean McDaniel – Hi Dean,
Thanks for your comment. Thats great that you have a goal in mind. If your goal is to LOSE weight, I wouldnt suggest starting Bones To Buff yet
you need a fat loss plan. Bones to Buff will help you build muscle and keep fat levels low, but it wont really help you in losing a lot of bodyfat.
If you want more information, PM me or send email.
Thanks again
Thanks Auoubou, I apprecate you listening to all my advice. Keep on track in 2011 because i have my best information yet to come!
I hear you Kevin! Sounds like you DO need a plan, and even though you didn’t win, knowing already what will help you be successful will surely lead you to accomplishing your goals in 2011. Keep following to get insider information on many new techniques and great recipies.
Hey Bill, you had a great story here…reminded me a lot of how it was growing up for me too.
Dont worry, stay confident, focused and dont be so hard on yourself. You will realize as you get older, the only person’s opinion that counts is your own. The muscle will come, trust me (so long as you keep following my advice and recommendations
)
With the passion you have, I know things are going to turn around for you. Just decide with the end in mind and work at achieving that!
All the best
Hey Matt,
Great motivational quote there! Unfortunately, I wanted to help out the guy who seemed to need it the most…and to be fair, you have made some REALLY good gains so far, well done!
I think you do need a different angle to go from now to keep seeing results, but I know you will find a way because you have already cracked the code

Hi Jim
It was interesting to read through your comment, seems like you have already developped the fitness lifetsyle and are now just refining things.
Since you already had the Bones To Buff program, I didnt feel it would be fair or even that you really need the package as much as the winner did. But thanks again for sharing and I look forward to hearing your results from the B2B program! Let me know if you have any questions.
WINNER! Check your inbox
Chris, persistence is the key and having a good plan to follow. All the best in your quest to build muscle and teaching others once you do.
