Getting Started Guide

So you have taking action and you are now officially on your way to getting the body you deserve. Congratulations.

If this is the first time at my blog or any blog for that matter, you may feel overwhelmed with all the options available to you (I know I did when I first started visiting blogs way back when).

No worries, I am going to take you through the steps you should take IMMEDIATELY to get involved in our community and to start getting the results you want.

2. If you want to exploit the full potential of this resource; you should really get a Gravatar at Gravatar.com. What the heck is a Gravatar? In simple terms, it’s basically an online representation of you. Kind of like a profile. However, it can be used globally on many different sites and blogs.

The good news is you only have to create it once and that is it. You can use it all over. It’s a great little tool to let you identify yourself with a cool picture, a logo or anything that represents YOU.

Please try and keep it ‘family friendly or ‘G-Rated’.

Using a Gravatar allows people to ‘see the face’ behind the name. Let’s promote an open relationship within this community.

The internet is full of faceless identities. I for one like to see who I am talking to!

3. Go ahead and bookmark this page. It takes two seconds and this way you will never lose me.

4. Get connected. This resource (my blog) is really the front doors to my official community. There are a couple more places I’d like you to visit to fully reap the benefits.
