Last night, I was completing a small framing project that showcased a sort of collage of pictures and momentos from my win at the 2010 FAME Central Championships.

As I sealed up the back of the frame and hung it on the wall, I took a step back and peered at the picture frame for about 2 minutes in complete disbelief…

2010 FAME Centrals Fitness Model Champ!

Well it is all over now!

Hey Everyone!

Well this is it…SHOWDAY.

Ok well its not officially until Saturday April 17th (this weekend at the FAME Centrals Championships but it is very close.

I finished my last workout on Wednesday morning and started to carb load immediately after and that meal was SOO GOOD!

I know I am. I am actually 1 week away from the Fitness Model Central Championships being held this year in Cobourg Ontario on April 17th 2010.

I have a very involved week next week because the final week is really when a lot of manipulations happen:

- Depletion workouts
- Carb Loading
- Sodium depletion/loading
- Water loading/depletion
